Walking Taco


We here at The Walking Taco take food very seriously. You could say: its our thing and we love it! Everything on our menu is hand crafted with care to ensure our guests have a memorable experience and a delicious meal.

The House Sirloin is our take on the classic taco meat while the Barbacoa finds its roots in the tiny rural area of Texcoco, about 15 miles east of Mexico City. Slow braised beef with dried chiles and adobo make this one of our most popular options.

Our Pork Carnitas is a four generations old family recipe, so graciously donated to us by our amazing production Chef, Chuey. Top secret and in our opinion, it’s the best Carnitas ever!

Although not originally on the menu, our Shredded Chicken option was added by popular demand. White and dark meat chicken is slow stewed with onion, tomato, garlic and southwestern spices. An excellent choice for those looking to keep it on the lighter side.

The Black Bean Medley is cooked in a citrus broth with caramelized onion, sweet peppers and garlic until perfectly flavorful. Our Vegan Crumble browned with a complex blend of dried chiles and spices and is made by the Impossible Co. We at The Walking Taco wanted our vegan/vegetarian friends to feel right at home with several options to choose from.
