We are proud to present our THIRD Annual Fitness Expo! With various local fitness-related vendors, a free fun run 5k, sample workout sessions from local gyms, a Beer Mile Run, free yoga, and more... there's something for everyone!

You choose! Start the morning off with a FREE fun run, join for FREE Yoga or try one of the sample workouts from local gyms! When you finish, peruse local fitness businesses while they showcase their unique ways to reach your fitness-related goals! There are limited spots in the free yoga. Please only sign up if you are for sure planning on attending.

Saturday, June 28th
7:45 AM: Pre-run warm-up by Boldt Fitness
8:00 AM: FREE Fun Run 5k (run starts in the street, sign up so we know how many to expect!)
9:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Fitness Vendors Open (Click here to see what each local business is doing!)
9:00 AM: FREE Yoga Session with the Apex Center (please only sign up if you're committed)
💪 Workout Sessions: No registration required — feel free to drop in and participate in any workout that interests you! Some have a sign-up sheet if you want to let them know you're coming!
10:00 AM: 45 Minute Sample Workout Arvada Barre. Sign up here.
11:00 AM: 45 Minute Sample Workout - Pelvic floor pilates class with Movement Physio and Wellness. Sign up here.
12:00 PM: 45 Minute Sample Workout (Fit Body Boot Camp)
1:00 PM: 45 Minute Sample Workout (West Arvada F45)
2:00 PM: Cooldown and Stretch Session (Connect PT)
2:00 PM: Beer Mile ($20 - compete as an Individual or a team of two! MORE INFO)
